1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website theclassicmethod.art (the "Site") and the materials available through it. By registering, purchasing, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Provider

3. Eligibility and account
You confirm that you are of legal age (or use the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian). You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and not share access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorised use.
4. What we provide
We provide paid access, on a subscription basis, to video and other learning materials of the The Classic Method project (the "Materials"). The Materials are informational in nature. The service is not accredited education and does not lead to any diploma or professional qualification. Any certificate confirms only completion of the course materials. Access is provided via your member area for online viewing; downloading is not provided.
5. Subscription and access
Access is granted for the term of the subscription plan you select. Plans, duration, and prices are shown on the subscription page of the Site. When the paid term ends, access stops automatically; to continue, you purchase a new term. No automatic recurring charge is made at this stage — each term is paid separately.
6. Payment
Prices are shown on the subscription page and may change; the price of an already-paid term is not revised. Payment is made by the methods shown on the Site or communicated to you after your order. Access is opened after payment is received and confirmed. We issue a receipt in accordance with applicable law.
7. Licence and intellectual property
All rights in the Materials (videos, texts, images, methodology, logo, design, and the name "The Classic Method") belong to us and are protected by law. Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Materials for the subscription term, for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not: copy, download, screen-record, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or resell the Materials; share your account access with third parties; or circumvent technical protection measures. Breach of this clause allows us to suspend or terminate access immediately without refund and to seek damages under applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith, not to disrupt its operation, not to upload malicious code, and not to attempt unauthorised access.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and Materials are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific result, which depends on your effort and individual characteristics. You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and, where appropriate, consulting a physician before performing exercises. We are not liable for harm resulting from improper performance of exercises without regard to your own physical condition. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, providers, or force majeure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term.
11. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, the Refund Policy, or applicable law, including where signs of copying or distribution of the Materials are detected. Amounts paid are not refunded in case of termination for breach.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
13. Changes
We may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the Site and takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the changes.
