1. Nature of the service
We sell access to digital content — online viewing of video and learning materials on a subscription basis. Access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed. By placing an order, you request and consent to the immediate start of the service.
2. Refunds
Because access to the digital content is provided immediately upon payment, orders are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
We will provide a refund if:
- access was not granted due to our fault and we were unable to resolve the issue; or
- the service cannot be provided for technical reasons attributable to us — in which case a refund is made in proportion to the unused part of the subscription term.
3. Consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, by ordering and confirming that you want access to begin at once, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the supply of the content has begun.
4. How to request a refund
Send a request to theclassicmethod.project@gmail.com, including the email used for your account and the details of your payment (date and amount). We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
5. Cancellation of subscription
You may stop using the service at any time. Since each term is paid separately and no automatic recurring charge is made, cancellation simply means not purchasing the next term; access remains available until the end of the term you have already paid for.
